Effective Date: March 12, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before registering for or attending any Newcomer Summits event, including Cerebral Valley AI Summit (CVAI), Breaking the Bank (BTB), Deus Ex Medicina (DXM), and any other events organized by Newcomer Media LLC (collectively, “Events”). By submitting an application or completing your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Some Events require an application and are subject to approval by Newcomer Media LLC at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee attendance. You will be notified of the status of your application via email.
Some attendees are invited directly and may bypass the standard application process. Direct invitations are non-transferable.
Registrations are personal to the registrant and may not be transferred, sold, or resold to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer or resell a registration will result in it being voided without a refund.
Certain Events require a ticket purchase. All fees are displayed at the time of registration. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By registering for a paid Event, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including if you are unable to attend, your plans change, or your registration is revoked due to a violation of these Terms.
For events using an application-and-approval flow, your payment method may be authorized (but not charged) at the time of application. If your application is not approved, no charge will be made and the authorization will be released. If your application is approved, your payment method will be charged at that time.
If we cancel an Event, registered attendees will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If we reschedule an Event, your registration will remain valid for the new date; refunds may be offered at our discretion. We will notify you of any cancellation or significant rescheduling via the contact information provided at registration.
When you register or apply, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, company, role, professional category, dietary restrictions, and any notes you provide. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

These partners are permitted to use your information only in connection with the Event and are prohibited from:
